Format: Commander

Commander: Wayta, Trainer Prodigy

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Wayta, Trainer Prodigy leads a Naya fight-and-triggers deck that uses the commander's ability to double damage-triggered abilities, turning enrage effects and self-damage into board wipes and a burn clock. The primary plan is to deploy large trample threats (Grothama, Vorinclex, Apex Altisaur), use cheap fight spells to clear blockers and trigger enrage chains, then finish with Akroma's Will or Boros Charm for double-strike damage. The hidden commander is Apex Altisaur, whose enrage ability, when doubled, can clear multiple creatures and, with Pain for All, deal lethal damage to all opponents. The deck has no infinite combo but can create a one-sided board wipe and a large army.
