Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aura pillowfort and life-drain attrition strategy commanded by Eriette of the Charmed Apple. The primary plan pacifies enemy threats and buffs your own creatures by spreading cheap Auras across the battlefield. Eriette prevents enchanted enemy creatures from attacking you while draining each opponent and gaining you life equal to your Aura count on every end step. Card velocity is fueled by enchantresses like Sram, Senior Edificer, Kor Spiritdancer, and Mesa Enchantress, with Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice searching key Auras directly into play. Defensive barriers like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety stall opposing combat, allowing you to build a dense enchantment board. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through amplified end-step life drain via Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or decisive combat strikes powered by All That Glitters and Archon of Sun's Grace.
