Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates into under-costed, high-power creatures to cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger from the command zone as early as Turn 4 for just two green mana. Leveraging 1-mana ramp dorks such as Llanowar Elves alongside dense 3-mana beaters like Steel Leaf Champion and Pugnacious Hammerskull, the deck quickly amasses the 10+ total power required to maximize Ghalta's cost reduction. Once deployed, Ghalta fuels power-matters card draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Rishkar's Expertise, refilling the hand to sustain pressure. Victory is achieved through overwhelming trampling combat damage amplified by finishers like Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth. While functionally redundant and resilient against single-target removal, the strategy requires navigating multiple combat steps and remains vulnerable to mass exile sweepers due to its reliance on a creature-heavy board state.
