Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dragon Tribal aggro-combo list led by The Ur-Dragon. It leverages the eminence ability from the command zone to reduce the cost of all Dragon spells by one generic mana. Backed by format-ceiling fast mana, dual lands, and efficient tutors, the deck ramps rapidly on Turns 1 and 2. It transitions on Turn 3 and 4 into overwhelming board threats such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient, and Old Gnawbone. The primary win condition combines mana-generating attackers with Aggravated Assault or Hellkite Charger to produce infinite combat phases. Alternatively, the deck closes games via massive direct damage triggers from Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest. A dense package of free countermagic and versatile protection ensures that critical deployment and combo turns remain well-shielded against opposing disruption.
