Deck overview

This is a high-power Sultai Elfball deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking that layers classic Elf mana engines with graveyard-enabled ability theft. The commander copies activated abilities of every Elf in the graveyard while converting legendary Elf ETBs into loot, turning Buried Alive, Entomb, and self-mill into a living toolbox of tap abilities. The primary plan floods the board with dorks, generates enormous mana through Priest of Titania, Marwyn, the Nurturer, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and Bloom Tender, then converts that mana into infinite loops via Staff of Domination or Freed from the Real. Finishes include Walking Ballista, Exsanguinate, Lathril, Blade of the Elves's tap drain, and a classic Craterhoof Behemoth overrun tutored by Finale of Devastation. Secondary value engines (Kindred Discovery, Beast Whisperer, Rhystic Study, Seedborn Muse) keep the hand full while the deck rebuilds through recursion and pod chains.
