This is a Gruul "big permanent" aggro deck helmed by Bello, Bard of the Brambles, who animates every non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment with mana value 4 or greater into a 4/4 indestructible haste creature that draws a card on combat damage. The deck is built around a dense package of expensive enchantments - damage multipliers like Gratuitous Violence and City on Fire, token engines like Sandwurm Convergence and Primeval Bounty, and card-advantage pieces like Zendikar Resurgent and Outpost Siege - which Bello turns into an army of hasty beaters.
