Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Assassin typal aggressive strategy commanded by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost, evasive Assassins to establish combat dominance early. Dealing combat damage with an Assassin triggers freerunning, allowing the deck to cast high-impact Assassins and spells for just {B}{B}. This massive tempo advantage accelerates powerful engines such as Ezio, Blade of Vengeance, Mari, the Killing Quill, and Basim Ibn Ishaq ahead of curve. The deck quickly halves opponent life totals through Virtus the Veiled and Unstoppable Slasher, bringing targets below the ten-life threshold required for Ezio's five-color lethal execution trigger. Additionally, Ramses, Assassin Lord can instantly end the match when any single opponent is eliminated. Supported by a pristine mana base of original dual lands and fetch lands, alongside free defensive interaction like Fierce Guardianship and Flawless Maneuver, the deck applies relentless combat pressure while maintaining robust protection.
