Deck overview

This deck is a go-wide Boros aggro deck commanded by Adriana, Captain of the Guard. The strategy floods the battlefield early with low-cost creatures and token generators like Raise the Alarm, Servo Exhibition, and Clowning Around. On turn 5, casting Adriana activates Melee across the entire team. By attacking all three opponents simultaneously, every attacking creature receives a +3/+3 buff, quickly escalating chip damage into lethal combat swings. Alternative payoffs like Goldnight Commander, Blade Historian, and Winota, Joiner of Forces provide explosive combat scaling if the commander is removed. While the deck boasts high redundancy among small creatures, it relies on natural draws for card advantage and protection. It utilizes selective disruption like Aven Mindcensor and targeted removal like Bovine Intervention to keep opponents off-balance while racing toward an all-out combat victory.
