[B2] Squall, SeeD Mercenary by KChong1985

Format: Commander

Commander: Squall, SeeD Mercenary

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Squall, SeeD Mercenary is a commander-centric Orzhov value-reanimator. The primary plan is to mill key cards into the graveyard, then suit Squall with evasion and Buster Sword so his double-strike attacks convert into repeated recursion of permanents with mana value 3 or less. Secondary paths are a Sun Titan/Gift of Immortality sacrifice engine, Luminarch Ascension angel tokens, and a hand-disruption core that grinds opponents. There is no hidden commander and only one face to consider. Squall is the engine and the finisher; if he cannot attack, the deck falls back on reanimation and sacrifice loops rather than a true one-shot combo.
