Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green aggressive stompy strategy centered on ramping into substantial mana and deploying Leatherhead, Iron Gator. Leatherhead provides an immediate offensive threat thanks to its natural haste and trample, while permanently growing your entire attacking army by distributing two +1/+1 counters on each attack trigger. The deck supports this game plan with a robust basic land base and several land-searching spells like Cultivate and Shared Roots, enabling consistent mana progression into late-game threats. Additional power comes from independently menacing creatures such as Cultivator Colossus, Decimator of the Provinces, and Vigor, which ensure the deck maintains lethal pressure even if the commander is removed. While the list excels at assembling high-power trampling attacks and recovering its mana base after board disruption, it lacks stack interaction and instant-speed protective spells like hexproof or indestructible granters, making it vulnerable to well-timed sweepers.
