Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo and tempo shell centered on Orvar, the All-Form. Orvar breaks parity on cheap targeted instants and sorceries by creating token copies of any targeted permanent you control. The deck ramps efficiently using standard mana rocks and cost reducers like Sapphire Medallion, then deploys Orvar with protection mana available. Once established, cheap targeting spells duplicate basic Islands and utility creatures, quickly scaling mana and card advantage. The primary victory condition is an infinite mana loop using Peregrine Drake and buyback spells like Whim of Volrath or Clockspinning. Once unbounded mana is achieved, Orvar copies Sunscorched Desert infinitely to burn the table down in a single turn, or draws the library into Thassa's Oracle. The deck protects its lines with 1-mana hexproof, phasing spells, and free land-based regeneration via Swarmyard.
