Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs Dan Lewis with The Seventh Doctor to build a dynamic artifact-combat engine. Dan Lewis converts utility artifacts, mana rocks, and tokens into Equipment granting +1/+0 for equip {1}. This unlocks immediate synergy with dedicated Equipment payoffs like Puresteel Paladin, Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, and Champion of the Flame. The Seventh Doctor provides steady card advantage and mana cheating on attack, guessing cards from hand against the artifact count or generating Clues that double as weapons. The deck establishes its operational board by Turn 4 and presents lethal combat threats by Turn 5. It closes games by Turn 7 through overwhelming combat damage, double-strike bursts from Akroma's Will, or asymmetric table burn via Chandra's Ignition and Eivor, Battle-Ready, backed by defensive tools like Clever Concealment.
