Deck overview

This deck is an Esper artifact creature swarm and kindred strategy commanded by The Borg Queen. It leverages dense low-cost mana acceleration to deploy mid-curve value engines like Urza, Chief Artificer and Simulacrum Synthesizer by Turn 4. On Turn 6, The Borg Queen hits the board to grant an immediate +2/+2 anthem across all artifact creatures while assimilating an opposing creature into the Collective. The deck escalates combat pressure rapidly via keyword sharing, token cloning, and myriad effects such as Cybermen Squadron, concluding games around Turn 8. While lacking tutor density to consistently assemble its Basalt Monolith and Forsaken Monument infinite colorless mana combo, the deck compensates with substantial creature redundancy and asymmetric sweepers like Organic Extinction that devastate nonartifact opposition.
