Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Pirate and Vehicle midrange strategy commanded by Edward Kenway. It curves out early with low-cost Pirates, Vehicles, and mana acceleration to establish a wide board presence. Once the commander is deployed on Turn 4 or 5, tapping creatures to crew Vehicles or attack generates a surge of Treasure tokens on each end step. Connecting with Vehicles exiles cards from opposing libraries, providing persistent card advantage. The deck converts its artifact and Treasure volume into victory through sustained combat beats, burn triggers from Mirkwood Bats and Magmakin Artillerist, and explosive mass reanimation via Push the Limit or Lich-Knights' Conquest. While resilient against sorcery-speed creature sweepers due to uncrewed Vehicles, it relies primarily on combat connections and requires two full turns of attacking from onset to close out the table.
