Deck overview

Baylen, the Haymaker leads a token-matters deck that converts an ever-growing army of Clues, Foods, Treasures, Beasts, and Citizens into mana, cards, and finally a combo kill. The primary plan is to deploy Baylen on curve, flood the board with token producers and doubling effects, then use Baylen's tap abilities to dig and accelerate. The fastest win chains Aggravated Assault with Enduring Vitality or Cryptolith Rite so five tokens generate infinite combat steps; Halo Fountain offers a non-combat finish. Herd Baloth plus Ivy Lane Denizen creates infinite Beasts as a secondary engine. The deck can also win by attrition with Phabine, Insurrection, or Ezuri's Predation when the combo is disrupted.
