Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir tempo and burn strategy helmed by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap, unblockable 0-drop and 1-drop creatures early, then activating Commander Ninjutsu on Turn 2 to bypass commander tax and standard counterspells. As Ninjas connect with opponents, Yuriko's triggered ability reveals the top card of the library, putting it into hand and dealing direct damage equal to its mana value to every opponent simultaneously. The deck leverages topdeck manipulation like Brainstorm, Scroll Rack, and Sensei's Divining Top alongside massive mana-value spells such as Temporal Trespass, Time Stretch, and Omniscience to rapidly chunk down life totals. A supportive package of efficient countermagic, evasion equipment, and disruptive Ninjas ensures Yuriko continuously attacks, draws cards, and drains the table toward a Turn 6 victory.
