Deck overview

This mono-green deck pairs Kodama of the East Tree and Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood to create a fast, resilient big-mana engine. Gilanra accelerates mana on turn 2 and draws cards whenever you cast spells costing 6 or more mana. Kodama enters on turn 4 to double permanent deployments by putting equal or lesser cost cards directly into play. The deck converts this mana velocity into game-ending threats by turn 5, using cards like Apex Devastator, Genesis Wave, and Tooth and Nail. Opponents face massive trampling creatures that close out the game over two combat steps. While the deck possesses strong internal redundancy and recovery through graveyard recursion, its reliance on sorcery-speed creature boards makes it vulnerable to well-timed sweepers if Heroic Intervention is unavailable.
