Deck overview

This Izzet storm deck is built around Vivi Ornitier as a scaling ritual and repeatable pinger. The primary plan is to accelerate into a critical-turn storm: cast Vivi early, use cheap cantrips and rituals to grow her power, then convert her mana plus fast artifacts into a Hullbreaker Horror bounce loop, an Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze/Grapeshot line, or Birgi/Mystic Forge/Sensei's Divining Top into Aetherflux Reservoir. Vivi also acts as a payoff because every noncreature spell adds a +1/+1 counter and burns opponents; Harmonic Prodigy doubles that trigger. There is no true hidden commander; Birgi and Niv-Mizzet, Visionary serve as supplementary card-advantage sources.
