Juanico Bracket 3 by franct

Format: Commander

Commander: Jon Irenicus, Shattered One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jon Irenicus is both the donation engine and draw engine, so there is no hidden commander. The primary plan is to land Jon early, deploy oversized drawback creatures, and donate them at end step; Jon's +1/+1 counters make them bigger, and goad plus can't-be-sacrificed turns their drawbacks into reliable clocks while Jon draws cards. Secondary finishes include Ebonblade Reaper's half-life triggers, a Tainted Strike poison kill on a 10-power donated creature, and Archfiend of the Dross's oil-counter countdown, occasionally fixed with Exchange of Words. Pillowfort and selective interaction keep opponents from attacking back while the donated beaters close the game.
