Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Villain typal midrange deck centered on Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. Early turns focus on deploying Norman Osborn on Turn 2 and attacking unhindered to connive, filtering your hand while growing your commander. On Turn 4, Osborn transforms into Green Goblin, unlocking a static two-mana discount for graveyard casts and granting every discarded card mayhem. The deck then accelerates powerful Villains, such as The Squadron Sinister, Living Laser, and Abomination, World Ravager, directly from the graveyard at reduced costs. Wide token production from Madame Hydra and Ultron, Unlimited, paired with team-wide buffs from Iron Monger, Sadistic Tycoon and Titania, Proud Pummeler, builds a lethal combat board by Turn 5. The deck backs up its aggression with robust spot removal and one-sided sweepers like Kindred Dominance. While vulnerable to graveyard hate and lacking counterspells, the deck excels at sustained card flow, aggressive beatdown, and thematic Villain synergies.
