Go Monkey! by AusYeavor

Format: Commander

Commander: Kari Zev, Skyship Raider

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-red deck is built around Kari Zev, Skyship Raider as a cheap, aggressive commander that creates a 2/1 Ragavan token on each attack. The plan is to pour on early pressure with small evasive creatures and pump spells, then close out through repeated combat phases - leveraging Eomer, Marshal of Rohan's extra-combat trigger and Helm of the Host to multiply the token makers. A handful of direct-damage spells and Skullcrack-style anti-life gain effects provide alternative reach. The deck has no infinite combos, relying entirely on incremental combat damage, making it a straightforward red haste-and-smash strategy that lives or dies by its early momentum.
