Wizard party by Linneman

Format: Commander

Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck executes a legendary Wizard tribal strategy focused on cheating powerful spells into play and chaining spell casts. Gandalf, Party Guest sits in the command zone, allowing you to cast expensive instants and sorceries for free at the start of combat based on the number of legendary Wizards you control. The primary plan involves assembling legendary Wizards to cast high-impact spells like Aminatou's Augury, Time Warp, or Mnemonic Deluge for zero mana. The deck wins by repeatedly chaining spells through copy engines like Thousand-Year Storm, triggering burn from Fiery Inscription, or stealing boards with Insurrection.
