Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw leads a Mardu outlaw kindred deck focused on aggressive combat and Treasure generation. The primary strategy involves deploying low-cost Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks to attack uninhibited, triggering Olivia to stockpile Treasure tokens. These tokens are converted into permanent stat buffs using Olivia's activated ability or used to cast high-impact threats. The deck wins primarily through wide, scaled combat damage bolstered by effects like Akroma's Will, Vihaan, Goldwaker turning Treasures into 3/3 creatures, or an alternate win condition via Revel in Riches. Additionally, the deck features an infinite combat combo using Helm of the Host equipped to Port Razer.
