Deck overview

This deck is a high-power four-color landfall deck centered on Nissa, Leyline Tamer. The primary strategy accelerates through early turns using a dense suite of 2-CMC mana rocks and land-drop enablers such as Walking Atlas and PuPu UFO. On Turn 5, the deck deploys Nissa and triggers her Landfall ability, drawing cards and cheating colossal threats directly into play from the library, including Blightsteel Colossus, It That Betrays, and Avacyn, Angel of Hope. By utilizing instant-speed land triggers such as fetchlands, Ghost Town, and Ruin Ghost, Nissa triggers during opponents' turns to flood the battlefield with indestructible titans and Eldrazi before untapping. The deck backs up this overwhelming offensive power with free commander interaction spells like Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship, tax effects, and hard-hitting Annihilator attacks that close the game by Turn 7.
