Landfall by nathanielknopik

Format: Commander

Commander: Lord Windgrace

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jund lands-matter deck helmed by Lord Windgrace, built to generate overwhelming value from landfall triggers and graveyard recursion. The primary game plan is to accelerate land drops, fill the graveyard via dredge and sacrifice effects, then leverage payoffs like Omnath, Locus of Rage, Avenger of Zendikar, and Moraug, Fury of Akoum to create an unstoppable army of tokens and direct damage. The commander provides card advantage and land recursion, acting as a repeatable draw engine and a way to recover from wipes. The deck wins through combat with huge token swarms, repeated landfall triggers that burn opponents, or an explosive turn with Scapeshift or Boundless Realms triggering multiple landfalls at once. It has no infinite combos, relying on raw value and inevitability.
