Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color tribal battlecruiser strategy piloted by Morophon, the Boundless. The deck focuses on ramping through turns 2 and 3 using mana rocks, land-search spells, and Dragon-specific cost reducers like Rivaz of the Claw and Dragonlord's Servant. By turns 4 and 5, it establishes an engine piece such as Fist of Suns, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, or Morophon itself. Once the engine is operational, the deck unleashes a succession of formidable Dragons including Atarka, World Render, Thrakkus the Butcher, and Silumgar, the Drifting Death. Combat damage multipliers and haste enablers like Dragon Tempest allow the deck to threaten lethal damage across the table starting on Turn 6, closing out the game by Turn 8. Built-in ward, hexproof, and reanimation options give the deck resilience against standard removal.
