Thieving Pod by freefallninja

Format: Commander

Commander: Yasova Dragonclaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Yasova Dragonclaw leads a Temur tempo and theft strategy focused on borrowing opposing creatures and turning them into permanent resources. The deck leverages Yasova and supplementary theft spells to hijack key threats, swing in combat, and sacrifice them to value engines like Birthing Pod, Evolutionary Leap, and Life's Legacy before the turn ends. Alternatively, blink effects such as Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Conjurer's Closet permanently retain stolen creatures under your control. The primary path to victory culminates in casting sweeping takeover cards like Insurrection and Molten Primordial, or deploying Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus to double board power and overwhelm all opponents through lethal combat damage.
