Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Curse-focused attrition control strategy piloted by Lynde, Cheerful Tormentor. It seeks to develop mana rocks early, deploy Lynde on curve, and start attaching debilitating Curses to opponents. By pairing Curses with sacrifice outlets like Claws of Gix and Braids, Arisen Nightmare, the deck abuses Lynde's recursion clause to reattach Curses to the pilot at end of turn and transfer them to opponents on upkeep to draw two cards repeatedly. The primary win condition is an compounding chain of upkeep Curses, spearheaded by Curse of Misfortunes fetching severe punishers like Cruel Reality, Curse of Thirst, and Curse of Fool's Wisdom. Defensive enchantments such as Propaganda and combat disruption from Kardur, Doomscourge protect the pilot's life total while opponents are systematically ground down.
