Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads an Elf-tribal token deck that turns -1/-1 counters into a board-wide engine. The commander's own "blight" trigger makes every Elf that enters also poke each opponent's board, while its sorcery-speed proliferate advances poison, +1/+1, and -1/-1 lines. Inside the elf shell, Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons is the hidden commander: with Blowfly Infestation, Flourishing Defenses, and Poison-Tip Archer, one seeded counter becomes a lethal death loop. Secondary plans are wide Elf beatdown with anthems/token-makers and infect/poison via Glistener Elf, Noxious Assault, and Vraska. Morcant is a synergystic top-end rather than the sole engine, so answering it slows but does not stop the deck.
