Deck overview

This Bant midrange deck leverages Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man to cheat massive legendary creatures onto the battlefield at a massive discount. In the opening turns, the deck deploys cheap mana dorks, basic-land ramp spells, and small utility creatures, casting Peter Parker on Turn 2 to produce a 2/1 Spider token. On Turn 4, Peter transforms into Amazing Spider-Man, granting all colored legendary spells web-slinging for {G}{W}{U}. By returning tapped tokens or mana creatures to hand, the deck deploys high-cost bombs like Avacyn, Angel of Hope, The Tarrasque, and Quandrix, the Proof starting on Turn 5. The deck protects its board with low-cost hexproof spells and countermagic, then closes out the game through overwhelming combat damage from evasive, indestructible, and trample threats over the course of two attack cycles.
