Deck overview

Dimir artifact-combo/control deck built around Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, using a thick tutor/draw suite to assemble infinite untaps and mana, then kill with Thornwind Faeries, Acorn Catapult, or Blue Sun's Zenith. Rona's front face is a repeatable loot/untap engine that finds pieces; after a 5{B/P} transform, her back face imposes hand exiles and free casts, and Vohar acts as a backup looter. The main fallback is a wizard/extra-turn package (Archaeomancer, Scholar of the Ages, Ghostly Flicker, Mystic Sanctuary, Time Warp/Temporal Manipulation/Nexus of Fate) that chains turns and lets Rona or pings finish. No combo requires the commander, so Rona is an accelerant rather than the kill.
