Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Voltron and combat-tempo build commanded by Noctis, Heir Apparent. The strategy circumvents steep equip costs by using Noctis's triggered ability, which attaches any controlled Equipment to a creature whenever a creature enters the battlefield during combat. Noctis enables this itself via Warp-Strike: paying {3} exiles Noctis, returning it tapped, attacking, and unblockable during the next declare attackers step. The deck pairs massive stat-boosting weapons such as Colossus Hammer, Excalibur, Sword of Eden, and Argentum Armor with combat enablers, flash creatures, and ninjutsu. Evasive, unblockable commander strikes rapidly eliminate opponents in sequential turns. Resilient pieces like The Wandering Rescuer, Caduceus, Staff of Hermes, and Sword of Wealth and Power defend the board, while Open the Vaults provides mass recovery against artifact destruction.
