Deck overview

This deck is a four-color (non-green) control and polymorph shell commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary strategy focuses on establishing early mana rocks and non-creature token generators, such as Lingering Souls or Secure the Wastes, before casting Jace. Once deployed, Jace uses his −3 loyalty ability to transform cheap tokens into devastating, high-mana creatures and planeswalkers directly from the library. The creature suite is intentionally dense with game-ending threats, including Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Serra's Emissary, and Archetype of Imagination. Simultaneously, the deck locks down opposing aggression using powerful pillowfort enchantments like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Sphere of Safety. A rich suite of spot removal, counterspells, and one-sided sweepers like Ruinous Ultimatum ensures the board remains clear while massive evasive threats close out the game over two to three combat cycles.
