Deck overview

This deck uses The Mycotyrant as a graveyard-to-board engine. Early creatures and enchantments mill permanent cards, while landcycling, sacrifice lands, and creature ETB effects build the graveyard and fix mana. Each end step then produces Fungus tokens based on the turn’s descends count. The deck grows that board with Izoni, Thousand-Eyed, Kessig Cagebreakers, and other creature payoffs, then converts width into combat damage with Thunderfoot Baloth, End-Raze Forerunners, or Demolisher Spawn. Its ordinary setup is functional around turn 4, but the first decisive threat is closer to turn 7 and the table kill usually takes until turn 9. Removal is broad against permanents, but the deck has no meaningful stack interaction or protection. Graveyard exile and board wipes are major problems. The plan is synergistic and flavorful, but it is a general-power-level combat deck rather than a competitive Commander build.
