Deck overview

Lightning, Army of One is a Boros Equipment Voltron deck that uses Lightning's Stagger to double all damage to a player she hits until your next turn. The primary plan is to tutor and cheat Equipment onto Lightning, make her evasive and protected, hit once to set the doubler, then use extra combats to kill the table with doubled commander damage. Secondary paths use other equipped legends like Bruenor Battlehammer, Akiri, Fearless Voyager, and Kassandra as backup Voltron threats that draw cards and keep pressure when Lightning is taxed. Bruenor acts as a hidden commander, giving free equips and scaling power per Equipment. The deck wins through combat, not infinite combos, leveraging Swords, Kediss, and extra-combat enchantments.
