Deck overview

Under Sauron, the Dark Lord, this is a discard-and-reanimate midrange deck that uses Ring-tempt triggers to churn through its library while growing a Wraith army. Nazgul and amass effects create the board, while Entomb, Buried Alive, Reanimate, and Living Death cheat out heavy Dragons and Demons. The commander becomes a repeatable draw engine whenever the Ring tempts you, and his opponent-cast amass trigger builds Army tokens in multiplayer. Sauron, Lord of the Rings acts as a hidden second commander, milling and reanimating whenever cast. The deck also has a Treasure subtheme that can fuel Goldspan Dragon, Hellkite Tyrant, and Mechanized Production. Primary plan is a big flying/hasty combat kill; fallback is artifact-based alternate wins.
