Deck overview

This is a five-color Ashling, the Limitless Elemental deck that turns evoked Elementals into temporary token copies. Its strongest ordinary burst uses Champion of the Path: evoke it for {4}, let it be sacrificed, and use Ashling to create a hasty copy. The two Champions see each other enter and deal 14 damage to each opponent; the token can attack one opponent for 7 more. The deck has excellent acceleration, broad fixing, several creature tutors, and a useful package of free interaction. Its main limits are card flow, expensive colored requirements, and the lack of a repeatable kill. The token copy is not a second nontoken Elemental, so sacrificing it does not create another Ashling copy. The deck can generate strong turns with Maelstrom Wanderer, Risen Reef, Mana Echoes, and the Cavaliers, but those are value or ceiling lines rather than a reliably assembled table finish. It is best treated as a proactive casual-to-high-power midrange deck, not a cEDH combo deck.
