Deck overview

Jan Jansen, Chaos Crafter is a modular Mardu artifact engine (single-faced commander). The primary plan is to use Jan's two activated abilities-with Clock of Omens repeatedly untapping him-to convert one spare artifact into arbitrarily many Treasure and Construct tokens, then drain through Reckless Fireweaver, Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, or Marionette Master. Secondary paths are Treasure aristocrats and hasty Dragon pressure via Magda, Mahadi, Smaug, and There and Back Again. Daretti, Scrap Savant acts as a hidden backup commander, offering recursion and card selection. Goblin Welder, Goblin Engineer, and Mishra add heavy artifact recursion so the deck can rebuild after sweepers.
