Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrats strategy commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary game plan develops early Zombie creatures, lords, and mana rocks, casts Gisa, and uses her tap ability to convert high-power creatures into wide armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. Once a critical mass of tokens is assembled, the deck leverages static lords like Undead Warchief and Death Baron for overwhelming combat damage, while aristocrat payoffs such as Vengeful Dead, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Mirkwood Bats drain opponents whenever tokens enter or die. Card advantage engines like Cryptbreaker, Undead Augur, and Graveborn Muse keep the hand full of fresh gas. The deck features strong recursion through spells like Haunting Voyage and Grave Researcher // Reanimate, allowing it to rebuild quickly after board wipes. While lacking stack interaction and protective equipment, it maintains a resilient clock backed by targeted removal and asymmetrical sweepers.
