This deck is an aggressive Esper Voltron and enchantment-duplication engine commanded by Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain. It accelerates during the early turns with mana rocks and cost reducers like Killian, Ink Duelist and Starfield Mystic before casting Arna on Turn 4 with a modifying Aura or Equipment attached.
