Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya midrange engine helmed by Karametra, God of Harvests. It blends explosive landfall mechanics with compounding +1/+1 counter synergies. The early turns focus on establishing mana dorks and low-curve utility creatures to cast Karametra ahead of schedule on turn 4. Once Karametra is on the battlefield, every subsequent creature cast searches up a Forest or Plains, triggering powerful landfall engines such as Scute Swarm, Felidar Retreat, Rampaging Baloths, and Avenger of Zendikar. As the land count accelerates, counter multipliers like Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, and Kami of Whispered Hopes rapidly grow the team. The deck generates substantial card flow through creature-cast triggers like Soul of the Harvest and Garruk's Uprising. It decisively closes games on turn 7 by overwhelming the board and granting wide trampling evasion across the entire table.
