Format: Commander

Commander: Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Alexios is a shared-commander damage engine: each upkeep a different player takes control, so it attacks every combat and can never hit its owner, while +1/+1 counters make it a growing commander-damage clock. The primary plan is to ramp Alexios out early, attach evasion and treasure equipment, and let its forced attacks and combat triggers turn every turn cycle into damage and card/mana advantage. Combat tricks, double strike, and damage doublers such as Dictate of the Twin Gods, Temur Battle Rage, Blacksmith's Talent, and Bulk Up turn one swing into a kill. Secondary paths are red removal and Pinnacle Monk recursion. There is no hidden commander; without Alexios the deck lacks a real alternate win line.
