Deck overview

This mono-white Angel deck is commanded by Lyra, Archangel of Dawn and focuses on lifegain synergies and aerial combat. Early turns establish mana acceleration and low-cost lifegain engines like Soul Warden, Bishop of Wings, or Giada, Font of Hope. Once Lyra enters the battlefield, every lifegain trigger distributes +1/+1 counters across your entire flying board. Mid-game payoffs like Righteous Valkyrie and Archangel of Thune rapidly turn this synergy into overwhelming power, while token generators like Resplendent Angel and Valkyrie Harbinger widen the battlefield. The deck wins by delivering massive flying combat damage across two turns or activating life-total finishers like Aetherflux Reservoir, Felidar Sovereign, and Angel of Destiny. Defensive spells like Teferi's Protection and Flawless Maneuver shield your board against board wipes.
