Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet tempo and clone strategy commanded by Muddle, the Ever-Changing. The primary game plan revolves around playing high-impact nonlegendary creatures with potent enters-the-battlefield or combat-damage triggers, casting Muddle, and triggering its shapeshifting ability using efficient 1-mana instants and sorceries. Whenever an instant or sorcery is cast, Muddle becomes a copy of a target nonlegendary creature and gains myriad until end of turn. When Muddle attacks, it spawns temporary token copies attacking every other opponent, exponentially multiplying ETB damage from creatures like Pyrogoyf, card draw from Mulldrifter, or extra combat steps from Port Razer. Backed by cheap cantrips granting evasion and hexproof, the deck maintains high card velocity while dealing massive bursts of combat and non-combat damage across the entire table.
