Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is both the draw engine and the primary finisher: every opponent draws extra cards and is damaged for each draw. The main line is to ramp into Nekusar on turn four, stack draw-punish permanents such as Underworld Dreams, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Phyrexian Tyranny, then resolve wheels like Whispering Madness, Magus of the Wheel, or Jace's Archivist so one wheel deals 7-21 damage to each opponent. Backup plans use Psychosis Crawler with Peer into the Abyss, or Ojer Axonil to magnify Nekusar's red triggers. There is no hidden commander; the deck can still win through its redundant punishers if Nekusar is answered, though slower.
