Deck overview

Sephiroth is a mono-black aristocrats deck that turns creature deaths into cards, mana, and life loss. The front face grinds advantage by sacrificing bodies to draw, then flips to the Angel face after four death-trigger resolutions, gaining an emblem that drains opponents on every death. The deck is built to use the front face early to transform, then use the back face's attack to burst-draw by sacrificing many token creatures. The primary plan is a sacrifice/recursion engine that assembles the Nether Traitor + Pawn of Ulamog + Pitiless Plunderer loop with an outlet and a drain payoff. Tutors and token production smooth assembly, while edicts and removal keep the board clear.
