Commander: Yue, the Moon Spirit

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue "copy, steal, and mill" value deck helmed by Yue, the Moon Spirit. The primary plan is to deploy a dense suite of sixteen clone effects - Clever Impersonator, Clone, Phyrexian Metamorph, Stunt Double, and a dozen more - to copy the table's best creatures, supplemented by theft permanents like Mind Flayer, Sower of Temptation, Beguiler of Wills, and Roil Elemental. A landfall-mill subtheme runs through Hedron Crab and Ruin Crab with land-copy and land-bounce support. Yue's waterbend ability provides explosive value by casting expensive noncreature spells - Season of Weaving, Mirrorform, Evacuation - for free. A Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring infinite-mana loop offers a fast alternate win, while Matoya, Archon Elder and Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong turn scry/surveil into card advantage.
