Deck overview

Tifa Lockhart is a landfall combat deck. The commander turns every land drop into a power doubling, so the main plan is to cast Tifa Lockhart, make extra land drops, and use Sword of the Animist or Bitterthorn, Nissa's Animus to fetch more lands during attacks. Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Exploration Broodship, Mole Man, Moloid Master, and the many basic-land tutors provide the mana velocity that makes the plan scale. Equipment such as Swiftfoot Boots, Whispersilk Cloak, and Key to the Side-Door helps convert a large attack into reliable damage, but evasion is a real access bottleneck. The deck can usually present a must-answer Tifa Lockhart attack around Turn 5 and eliminate opponents over the following two turns. It has useful creature and permanent removal, but little stack interaction, no sustained denial, and only partial protection. Its strongest draws can be much faster, but those draws are not the ordinary expectation.
