Deck overview

This deck is a classic five-color Dragon tribal battlecruiser strategy helmed by The Ur-Dragon. The primary game plan leverages the commander's Eminence ability to reduce the casting cost of all Dragons by one generic mana from the command zone, smoothing the transition into high-impact threats. The deck utilizes early ramp artifacts such as Sol Ring, Chromatic Lantern, and Orb of Dragonkind to reach five mana by Turn 5, where it establishes its engine with power multipliers like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm or Dragon Tempest. Critical onset occurs on Turn 6 by deploying devastating aerial threats such as Atarka, World Render, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, or Tiamat, dealing massive bursts of flying combat damage. With double strike and token doubling, the deck eliminates one opponent per turn cycle, closing out the game around Turn 8.
