Deck overview

This Boros Dwarf tribal deck, helmed by Thorin Oakenshield, blends aggressive creature combat with a robust Equipment subtheme. The primary game plan is to deploy a critical mass of Dwarf creatures, suit them up with Equipment for speed and resilience, and leverage the "Storied" mechanic (control three or more artifacts, legendaries, and/or Sagas) to unlock additional ward, draw, and combat triggers. Treasure generation from Magda, Brazen Outlaw, Gloin, Dwarf Emissary, and Thorin, Company's Leader fuels explosive plays and enables Desert Were-Worm to chain extra combat steps. The deck wins through overwhelming combat damage, often accelerated by Balin, Loremaster's burst damage or a wide board of equipped Dwarves. It forgoes infinite combos in favor of value, redundancy, and persistent equipment to rebuild through wipes.
